Terms of Service

Your account

You sign in through Roblox and must be allowed to use Roblox and Roblox Studio under their terms. Keep your account secure and let us know if you see activity that isn’t yours.

Your projects

You own the prompts you write and the games you generate. You’re responsible for making sure they follow Roblox’s rules and don’t infringe anyone else’s rights. Generated code can be incomplete or wrong — review and test it before publishing.

Credits and payments

Builds use credits. Paid plans and credit packs are billed through Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change credit costs as the service evolves; changes apply to future usage.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use Bloxto to build or distribute illegal, harmful or deceptive content.
• Don’t try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service or abuse credits and quests.
• Don’t resell access to Bloxto without our written permission.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability and liability

Bloxto is provided “as is”. We work to keep it online and accurate, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service or that generated games will meet your expectations. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.
